Office Hours: Roster based 5 hours in a day. (In between 5:30 PM to 8:30 AM)

Job Overview:
We are looking for “Virtual Executive, Client Experience” whose main responsibility will be to provide chat support to our customers and update basic customer records in Google Sheets.

Job Responsibilities:
– Provide customer support through our Instant Messaging and helpdesk software.
– Perform daily assigned tasks as per the instruction of the Supervisor.

Academic Requirements:
– Students preferred
-Undergraduate (minimum 1.5 – 2 years left)

 Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
