Office Hours: Roster Basis (5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, 10:30 PM to 3:30 AM and 3:30 AM to 8:30 AM)
(5 shifts per week)
Weekend: 2 days Off (Roster Basis)

Job Overview:
We are looking for  “Virtual Executive, Customer Management (Part-Time Roster Basis Night Shift)” whose main responsibility will be to provide chat support to our customers and update basic customer records in Google Sheets.

Job Responsibilities:
– Solve basic customer query through Chat Support
– Update info in google sheet
– Share new ideas based on customer’s requirement
– Perform daily assigned tasks as per instruction of Supervisor

Note: We will train you on how to do these tasks properly to make things easier and efficient.

Basic ​Requirements:
– English proficiency, especially in writing
– Basic knowledge of Excel or Google sheets
– Good typing speed, proficient with computer skills & Fast Computing skill
– Problem-solving capability with the ability to work under pressure
– Broad-Minded and Well-Mannered

Academic Requirements:
– Having experience in the relevant field will get preference.
– Students are highly encouraged to apply.
